Scouting For Food

Posted on Dec 9 2014 - 7:43am

Please join us in the "Scouting For Food" event to help restock our local food pantries for the Holiday Season! Bags have been placed on the doors of our community member's homes and residents will place their non-perishable food items in these bags and put them on their front doors on December 14. The Cub Scouts will then go door to door to pick up the food which will then be taken to local food pantries. All of the food collected will stay right here in our hometowns! Please join us on Sunday, December 14 at 12:45PM to pick up the food. Be sure to wear warm clothes and to thank any people you see and of course, wish them a Merry Christmas. Parents and siblings are certainly welcome to join us in the collection of food. If you live in the Conneautville area - meet at the Koinonia Center, if you live in the Springboro area, meet at the Springboro Fire Department, if you live in the Linesville area, meet at the Linesville Fire Department. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
